A successful health day was held at Knürr Consoles, supported by the AOK, the Techniker Krankenkasse and the Berufsgenossenschaft. There were informative information stands on site where employees could obtain important information.
– Mr. Martin Worbis from the Employer’s Liability Insurance Association gave an approximately 30-minute lecture on the topic of “Noise” in the showroom.
– The AOK was also represented and offered an information stand in the showroom on the topic of “healthy nutrition” with Mr Fabian Rothenaicher. We would also like to thank the AOK Bavaria for this. In addition, Ms Yvonne Borkowski gave a 30-minute lecture in the education room on the topic “Success factor break”.
– Techniker Krankenkasse was also represented with an information stand in the showroom, where Mr Josef Praml provided information. In the video room, a health module on “Relaxation Coaching” was offered by Ms. Dagmar Dechert.
– Furthermore, Dr. Schmid offered blood pressure measurements in the small meeting corner in the Education Room. Those interested could contact Mr Harlander directly to learn about the defibrillator and how to use it properly.
– As a separate offer, there was the “Knürr juice bar” in the Education Room with healthy thirst quenchers, samples and recipes for refreshing and healthy drinks. The AOK provided us with a selection of recipes to distribute by email during and after the health day.
